Registered Dental Hygienist – Loves Park, IL

(Full-Time Required | Private Group Practice | Stable Team & Growth-Focused Culture)

Are you a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist looking to build a long-term career in a supportive, patient-centered practice?
We're seeking a licensed or license-eligible Hygienist to join our modern, well-established private group dental office in Loves Park, IL —just outside Rockford.

This is an outstanding opportunity to become a cornerstone of a tight-knit team in an 8-operatory, doctor-led practice with a proven commitment to clinical quality, patient relationships, and collaborative care. About the Role:

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

• Full-time candidates only will be considered

• A 4-day schedule may be discussed, but Fridays are required

Compensation: $40–$45 per hour ( equivalent to $83,200–$93,600 annually for full-time), commensurate with experience
Bonus Structure: Monthly performance-based bonus available when production exceeds $1,000/day
Hygiene Model: Traditional, unassisted single-column schedule

The Practice Environment:

• 8 Operatories

• Primarily PPO with limited FFS – No HMO or Medicaid

• Currently supported by 3 part-time RDHs (2–3 days/week each)

• Now hiring for a full-time hygienist to lead preventive care

• 2 Front Office team members, 1 Office Leader, and 1 General Dentist

• Th e primary dentist, will be on leave beginning June 16 ; a locum tenens dentist will provide coverage M–W
