Dental Hygienist At Quirt Family Dentistry Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Quirt Dental-Plover, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care as an integral member of the dental team, while benefiting from comprehensive mentorship and professional development programs. Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in WI and an Associates or Bachelors degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall dental health maintenance
• Clinical needs as required by the office
• No experience needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• TB test required for all new hires, arranged during pre-employment (not applicable in FL & TN)
