Job summary

Gentle Dental in Bellingham, WA is seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join the Sehome team. Earn up to $75 per hour plus an uncapped bonus plan, with a collaborative environment that supports clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

As part of a trusted dental organization, you will focus on high-quality preventive and periodontal care, educate patients, and work closely with dentists and the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Current Washington State Dental Hygienist license or ability to obtain one by employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Applicable local anesthesia certification and other required credentials.
• Strong patient communication and education skills.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene and periodontal services within your scope of practice.
• Assess patients' oral health and identify periodontal conditions.
• Partner with dentists to develop and support appropriate patient treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, periodontal health, and recommended care.

What You'll Do

Compensation

Hourly Rate Up to $75 per Hour + Uncapped Bonus Plan
