Job summary

Gentle Dental – Redmond, WA is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a full-time position. You will join a collaborative hygiene team delivering high-quality patient care, supported by modern technology and a culture that values clinical autonomy.

Compensation is $75–$80 per hour with an uncapped monthly bonus and a $5,000 signing bonus. This four-day-per-week schedule offers work-life balance while caring for an established patient base in Redmond.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Current Washington Dental Hygiene License (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
• Current CPR certification.
• Local anesthesia certification (or other applicable state certifications).
