Heartland Dental’s Family Dentistry of Poplar Bluff in Missouri is seeking a part- or full-time Dental Hygienist to join our 10-person team. The role offers a 30-hour minimum for full benefits, competitive pay, and opportunities for daily or quarterly bonuses.

The practice uses Dentrix and offers comprehensive benefits, including health care, 401(k), and paid holidays, with a schedule Mon–Thu and occasional Fridays.

Family Dentistry of Poplar Bluff is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 1602 W Harper Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63901

Work Schedule: (open to part-time or full-time) Monday 7:30am-12:00am-1:00pm-5:30pm: Tuesday 7:30am-12:00am-1:00pm-5:30pm Wednesday 7:30am-12:00am-1:00pm-5:30pm Thursday 7:30am-12:00pm-1:00pm-4:45pm

1 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly pay + the ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paychecks as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope/Vizilite + CE coverage available!

Full-time is a minimum of 30 hours to receive the full benefits package, which includes UnitedHealthcare PPO health care, paid Holidays, 401 (k), Dental, Vision, wellness benefits, and more.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
