Premier Dental Partners Olive Blvd in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a 2-doctor practice equipped with Dentrix, Arestin, iTero and Velscope.

The position offers a flexible schedule (part-time or full-time your choice) with 60-minute recare and 90-minute new patient appointments, plus bi-weekly pay and optional Daily Pay. Benefits include UnitedHealthcare PPO, paid holidays, 401(k), Dental, Vision and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri dental hygienist license and applicable degree
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
• CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients with emphasis on prevention
• Conduct patient screenings, take radiographs, and document medical history
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment plans

Work Schedule (part-time or full-time your choice): Monday-8 am-6 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday-7 am-5 pm, Fridays 8 am-3 pm

2 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly pay + the ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paychecks as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
