Job summary

Daniels & Daniels Dentistry in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a reliable dental hygienist to join our patient-focused team. You will perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, take X-rays, and help educate patients on oral hygiene.

The ideal candidate has a current hygiene license, CPR/BLS, local anesthesia certification, and a passion for compassionate care in a small but busy practice. We offer health insurance, PTO, and free parking.

Qualifications

• Active dental hygienist license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certifications and X-ray certification.
• Local anesthesia certification preferred.
• Experience with patient education and radiography.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist in dental examinations after cleaning.
• Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planning with anesthetic.
• Record patient information and update records.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and organized.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.

• Monday 7AM–5PM
• Tuesday 7AM–5PM
• Wednesday 7AM–5PM

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Driver’s license, Licensed dental hygienist, X-ray / Radiography Certification, Local Anesthesia Certification

Preferences

• Bilingual (Spanish / English)
• Certification in radiography
• Local Anesthetic Certified
• 5 plus year experience
