Role Overview

As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. You’ll be an essential member of the patient care team, providing the time, care, and attention your patients need and deserve.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Ohio
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Clinical experience
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records
• Desire to learn and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 45 pounds. Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
