Dental Hygienist - $10,000 Welcome Bonus

Location: Main Street Dental Care, 623 W Main St., Monroe, WA 98272

Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating schedule, Monday-Thursday / Tuesday-Friday. Ideal for promoting a healthy work/life balance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in WA
• Associates or Bachelors degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Experienced hygienists or new graduates
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic records
• Desire to learn and grow clinically

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions
• TB test required prior to employment (excluding FL & TN)
