Hours needed: Tuesday: 7-4pm, Wednesday: 7-4pm, Thursday: 10-7pm, Friday: 7-4pm

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in North Carolina and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in this location.
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X-rays, and electronic medical records systems.
• Desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall dental health maintenance.
• Clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions, to be completed prior to starting employment, except in FL & TN where not applicable.
