Job summary

Montgomery Smiles is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a full-time role in Montgomery, Alabama. The office offers modern technology (CBCT, iTero, Dentrix), a four-day workweek, and a schedule designed for quality patient care with longer recall and new patient appointments.

You will perform preventive hygiene, periodontal charting, SRP, radiographs, fluoride treatments, and patient education in a supportive, low-drama environment with a focus on work-life balance.

• Active Alabama RDH license
• Prophylaxis and SRP experience
• Dental radiographs proficiency
• Fluoride treatments administration

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental hygiene services and patient-centered care.
• Perform periodontal charting and SRP as indicated.
• Take diagnostic dental radiographs and ensure proper image quality.
• Apply fluoride and monitor patient progress over time.
• Educate patients on oral health, home care and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation and charting.
• Collaborate with dental team to promote excellent patient outcomes.
