Requirements
Ready to Join? If you're a current RDH license holder (or a new grad awaiting licensure) with an active CPR certification, we'd love to meet you!
What Does the Interview Process Look Like?
- Initial Contact: Our Talent Team, Emma Gilliam, will reach out via text or email to schedule a brief 10-minute screening call.
- Clinical Discussion: You'll meet with our VP of Clinical Services, Sarah Velasco, RDH. She will provide insight into a day in the life of a hygienist on our team. You’ll discuss key questions such as patient load, appointment durations, CE opportunities, software used, and workspace setup. All clinical questions will be answered by a fellow hygienist, not a recruiter!
- On-Site Paid Interview: If we’re a good match, you'll be invited for an on-site visit to meet the team and participate in a paid working interview with patients.
- Offer: Our team will then extend an offer to you.
