As a Dental Hygienist

You’ll be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate, playing an integral role in the patient care team by giving your patients the time and care they need and deserve.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Ohio
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Clinical experience
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
