Comfort Dental Care & Orthodontics in Mary Esther, FL is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a part-time role. We offer two compensation options: hourly pay with performance bonuses or production-based pay, with pay ranging $36-$42 per hour depending on experience.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Active Florida Dental Hygienist license or ability to obtain before starting.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent patient care.
• Experienced hygienists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments.
• Assess patients' oral health and identify periodontal concerns.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and recommended treatment.
• Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, personalized care.
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records.
• Maintain infection control protocols and a safe treatment environment.
• Collaborate with the team to provide efficient, high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments.
