Role Description

As a Dental Hygienist at Farabee Family Dental Care, you will be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. Location & Hours

103 North Farabee Drive, Suite B, Lafayette, IN 47905

Full‑time hours available—Monday‑Thursday schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Indiana and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification

Preferred Experience

• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care
• Experience with clinical tasks as required by the office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year
