Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a fast-growing, patient-centered practice in North America. The role features flexible schedules, competitive compensation, and one of the best hygiene incentive programs in the industry.

Qualifications

• Active RDH licensure required (new grads welcome).
• A passion for patient care and a service-oriented, positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Current CPR certification (AHA preferred, BLS with AED).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure exceptional care and patient experience.
• Greet patients and prepare them for dental exams.
• Educate patients on oral health and provide personalized care instructions.
• Perform general and periodontal cleanings, screenings, and offer treatment recommendations.
