Minimum Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license in WI
• Associates or Bachelors degree in dental hygiene
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic health records
• Desire to grow clinical skills and provide preventative care

Physical Requirements include ability to perform essential duties, prolonged sitting and standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, and attending training sessions. A TB test is required prior to employment, except in FL & TN.
