Job summary

Perfect Teeth in Colorado is hiring dental hygienists to join a patient-first practice with a strong leadership presence. Enjoy a competitive base hourly rate plus 30% of net production, with no cap on earnings, a $10K sign-on bonus, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO and holidays.

Our collaborative Hygiene Workflow features a dedicated assistant, standard one-hour appointments, radiographs, and extended time for periodontal procedures to support assessment,

Qualifications

• Active Colorado hygiene license.
• Strong clinical standards with perio focus.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, restorations, and application of preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants.
• Accurately chart a review of patient dental history and update as necessary, patient’s periodontal health, record provided treatment, and handle patient records securely and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide assistance as directed by the dentist.
• Administer local anesthetics, if allowed by dental practice act
