Qualifications

Role

Full-Time Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered dental hygiene services, educate patients on oral health, perform screenings, and support clinical teams with quality care. Collaborate within a team, promote lifelong oral health, and utilize best clinical practices supported by mentorship and ongoing education.

Qualifications

Licensed in IN with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, and knowledge of dental procedures and medical history documentation.

Skills

Outgoing, open-minded, team-oriented, committed to patient education, and eager to develop clinical skills. Preferred experience includes digital x-rays, digital scanners, Velscope, Diagnodent, and electronic medical records.

Key Duties

Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care, educate patients, maintain clinical standards, and participate in training and mentorship programs. Must meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 45 pounds and prolonged sitting/standing.
