Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health in Indiana is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional patient care, promote oral health, and collaborate with the dental team.

You will perform screenings, assist procedures, document medical histories, and support patient education. Indiana license, CPR, and 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred; experience with EHR systems is a plus. Part-time schedule and benefits are available.

Responsibilities include:
