Edgewood Family Dental is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team!

About Edgewood Family Dental:

• We are a small family-oriented single Doctor practice with a team of 6.
• Your schedule will consist of 7-10 patients a day.
• We have a 4.8 patient rating. Check out www.edgewoodfamilydental.com to see what our patients are saying about us.
• Office Hours: Monday 9am-5:30pm, Tuesday 8am-5pm, Wednesday 8am-4:30pm, Thursday 8am-4pm, Occasional Friday 8am-1pm.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Indiana and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• Open to experienced and new graduates.
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
• Additional clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Prolonged sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.
