Job summary

42 North Dental, founded in Boston and rooted in the Hudson area, is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a patient‑focused team. You will deliver preventive care, educate patients on oral health, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care in a streamlined, supportive environment.

The position offers a guaranteed hourly rate with potential to exceed base pay, plus benefits such as mental health support, optional HSA, gym reimbursement, 401(k) guidance, and CE reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Licensed dental hygienist in good standing with applicable state license.
• Experience delivering preventive dental care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
