Role Overview

As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. You’ll be an integral member of the patient care team, providing the time and care your patients need and deserve. With robust support through our Hygiene mentor program and educational offerings, you’ll be fully supported in delivering exceptional lifetime care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in MI and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills
• Clinical needs as required by the office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions periodically
