*How does the bonus work? *

*Base Hourly Rate – Paid Every Pay Period*
You’ll receive your guaranteed base hourly rate on your regular pay schedule—no surprises, just consistency you can count on.

*Monthly Bonus Opportunity*
At the end of each month, we’ll review your performance and calculate a bonus based on the following:
* You’ll receive either your total base pay for the month OR 33% of your adjusted production—whichever is greater.
* If your production for the month exceeds your guaranteed hourly pay, you’ll be paid the difference as a bonus.
