Job summary

Elevate Dental Partners in Graham, WA is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for a full-time role. You will provide preventive and periodontal care, deliver patient education, and help advance oral-systemic health in a modern practice.

The position offers $70-$72 per hour, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a monthly bonus program, CE allowance, mentorship, and a 401(k) with match. WA RDH license and CPR/BLS are required, with Open Dental or Dentrix experience preferred. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork.

We’re hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice. If you’re a team-oriented RDH who loves providing high-quality care, strong patient education, and practicing to the full extent of your scope, then we want to meet you.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Range: $70-72/hour plus $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Schedule:
• • Monday 10am-7pm
  • Wednesday 8am-6pm
  • Thursday 8am-6pm
  • Friday 8am-2pm
  • 1-2 Saturdays a month 8am-2pm

What We’re Looking For

• Active WA RDH license
