Advanced Dental Center is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice in Colorado. If you’re a team-oriented RDH who loves high-quality care, patient education, and practicing to your full scope, we want to meet you.

Offer includes $55-$65/hour depending on experience, a $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 for part-time), flexible 3-5 day schedule, CE allowance, study clubs, and growth opportunities with comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Active CO RDH license.
• CPR/BLS certified.
• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal care.
• Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions.
• Build lasting patient relationships.
• Use modern technology, including DentalAI.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
