Desert Springs Dental in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team. This 1-doctor practice uses Dentrix and offers a full benefits package with health insurance, paid holidays, 401(k), dental and vision, plus wellness benefits.

Full-time is a minimum of 30 hours to receive full benefits. You’ll enjoy bi-weekly pay with optional Daily Pay, opportunities for bonuses, and access to Arestin, iTero, CE coverage, and ongoing mentorship within Heartland Dental’s network.

Qualifications

Desert Springs Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 5656 S Power Rd Ste 142, Gilbert,Arizona85295

Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Thursdays 6:45 AM - 2:00 PM; every last Wednesday of the month must be able to work until 7:00 PM

1 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

Bi-weekly pay + the ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paychecks as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero + CE coverage available!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Arizona and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
