Job summary

Heartland Dental's Associated Dental Care Bell in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our 15‑person office. This full‑time role requires a minimum of 30 hours weekly and includes a robust benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k) and paid holidays.

You will work 60‑minute recare and 90‑minute new patient appointments, use Dentrix, and have access to CE coverage. Pay is hourly with Daily Pay optional and quarterly bonuses; you’ll join a collaborative team with strong

Associated Dental Care Bell is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 5905 West Bell Rd. Suite 6, Glendale, Arizona 85308

Work Schedule: Monday 7:45-5 pm, Tuesday 8:45 am-6 pm, Wednesday 7:45-5 pm, Thursday 7:45- 5 pm

4-doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Arizona and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
