Lone Star Circle of Care in Texas is seeking a licensed dental hygienist to provide preventive care and patient education within a community-focused health center. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians and compliance with state regulations.

Applicants should be mission-driven, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting, and proficient in EHR documentation while coordinating with partners to ensure high-quality patient care.

• All employees start with 15 days of vacation per year, which increases in increments with tenure. We also provide 3 days of personal leave, 6 days of sick leave, and 7 days of holiday leave per year.


• Annual stipend and 5 paid days off for continuing education.


• Reimbursement of provider's professional licensing fee and annual membership dues to their professional organization, once an established provider with LSCC.

• Current valid license to practice in the State of Texas.


• Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety if a patient needs a higher level of care.


• Possess computer/technology skills to efficiently document within an electronic health record, as well as communicating/meeting with colleagues virtually.
