Premier Dental Center in Naperville, IL is seeking a friendly Dental Hygienist to join a 7-person team in a state-of-the-art practice. Schedule includes weekday hours and two Saturday sessions per month; opportunity to provide patient care with modern tools like iTero, Dexis, and Dentrix.

Qualifying candidates hold IL licensure and a dental hygiene degree, with CPR certification and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Must hold an IL dental hygienist license and a dental hygiene degree.
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and hygiene procedures.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis and standard hygiene care.
• Conduct 60–90 minute SRPs and 50–60 minute prophylaxis for recalls and maintenance.
• Coordinate with team to manage recalls and new patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate medical history documentation and charting.

Premier Dental Center in Naperville, IL is looking for a friendly, collaborative Dental Hygienist to join our team!

Schedule

• Monday 6:30am-4:30pm
• Tuesday 9:30am-7:30pm
• Wednesday 7:30am-5:30pm
• Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm
• 2 Saturdays/month 7:30am-3:30pm

Patient Schedule

• Single column, average of 8 patients/day
• 50-60 minute prophys, recalls, and perio maintenance
• 60-90 minute SRPs
• 80-90 minute New Patient appointments

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in ILand an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists!
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
