Join to apply for the Dental Hygienist role at ForwardDental.

Location: Oak Creek, WI and Franklin, WI

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (split between two practices)

Compensation: $40-$52/hour, Daily Bonus, Full-Time Benefits (Health, Vision, PTO, 401K, and more)

Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 Welcome Bonus for full-time positions

Responsibilities:

• Provide dental hygiene services in general and periodontal practices
• Screen patients and document medical histories
• Utilize digital x-rays, scanners, and other dental technology
• Maintain patient care and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and electronic records
• Willingness to learn and grow clinical skills

Physical & Other Requirements:

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Lift up to 45 pounds
• Availability for periodic training sessions
