Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality preventive care and education within a collaborative dental team in Elgin, IL.

You’ll perform comprehensive hygiene services, educate patients on oral health, and maintain thorough documentation in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. New graduates are welcome, and access to company-paid CE, training and development opportunities is provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.

• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll play an important role in helping patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall health. Schedule (days/hours)

Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm, 1 hour lunch Thursday alternate 7am-1pm, no lunch and 7am-5pm, 1 hour lunch

$48-58
