Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care as a clinical provider and patient advocate.
• Work with full clinical autonomy, supported by mentorship programs.
• Maintain patient records, perform screenings, and educate patients on dental health.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license in WA.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience:

• Experienced hygienists or new graduates.
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic records.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.

Physical & Other Requirements:

• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Prolonged sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for virtual/in-person training sessions.
• TB test required prior to employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
