Position: Dental Hygienist (Split Time General & Periodontal Practices)

Location: Oak Creek, WI and Franklin, WI

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (Split Between Two Practices)

ForwardDental Care Oak Creek South Main and Advanced Dental Specialists Franklin are in need of a hygienist.

Open to: Full or part-time! Schedule flexible full-time hours or part-time! You can split your week between our office and our perio office in Franklin.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Pay: $40-$52/hour; Daily Bonus Opportunity; Full-Time Benefits: Health, Vision, PTO, 401K, and more!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Associates or Bachelors degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills

Physical requirements include the ability to perform essential duties, sit and stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 45 pounds, and attend periodic training sessions. A TB test is required prior to employment, except in FL & TN.
