Role Overview

As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll receive non-clinical support to deliver exceptional lifetime patient care and enhance your skills through education and mentorship. Work in an environment that encourages clinical autonomy, with a schedule designed for work-life balance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in WA
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experienced hygienists or new graduates
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and EMR systems
• Desire for ongoing learning and skill development

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties, including sitting, standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, and attending training sessions. A TB test is required before employment, except in FL & TN.
