Schedule:Monday through Thursday per week and 1 Saturday per month

Base Wage:$52 to $55 per hour plus daily bonuses.

Bonus eligibility:Up to an additional$4,000in annual compensation via select bonus programs.

Signing Bonus:As an incentive, providing a$5,000signing bonus.

Loyalty Bonus:As an incentive, providing a$7,500loyalty bonus.

Retirement:Provides up to a 4% match of your salary into your 401K beginning on 1st anniversary of employment. For example, if your earnings are $100,000 and you contribute 5% into your 401K, we will contribute $4,000.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Active Colorado Hygiene License
• Local Anesthesia Permit
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
• Committed to working 1 Saturday per month
• Passion for oral health education and putting patients first
• Comfortable with treatment planning Perio and Restorative needs

Pay Range

USD $51.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.
