Job Description for Dental Hygienist at Care Alliance

Caregivers demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect while delivering excellent care to our patients, serving as advocates for the vulnerable in our Northeast Ohio community.

Task Responsibilities:

• Non-surgical periodontal treatment
• X-rays
• Make molds for crowns and dental prosthetics
• Remove sutures
• Polish fillings and other metal restorations
• Take and record medical history and medication lists
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Licensed Dental Hygienists
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work with a diverse range of homeless individuals
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Commitment to the mission of Care Alliance
