Job Description: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Join Dental Distinction, a boutique, state-of-the-art dental practice, as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). We are looking for a dedicated professional with a sincere desire to help people and promote dental health. This role involves working with an established periodontal program, providing comprehensive care with allotted times of 60 minutes for adults and 40 minutes for children.

• Provide patient care within scheduled times

• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• PA License is required; Dentrix experience a plus

Work Schedule & Compensation:

Flexible days (1-3 per week) and hours (4-8 hours per day). Regular office hours are Monday 7:30am-5:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm. Pay ranges from $50.00 to $60.00 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), matching, employee assistance, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and potential monthly bonuses. Positions available are full-time, part-time, contract, or temporary.
