Job summary

PATHS Inc in Chatham, VA seeks a licensed dental hygienist to perform comprehensive hygiene care as part of a patient-centered medical home team. You will examine oral conditions, educate patients on oral hygiene, take and develop x-rays, and apply fluoride or sealants.

Collaborate with clinicians to deliver evidence-based care, supervise dental staff, and contribute to policy implementation to maintain high standards of dental practice.

Qualifications

• Provide general and comprehensive dental hygiene services and supervise dental and clinical staff.
• Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of clinical dental policies and procedures.
• Diagnose and evaluate dental conditions within scope of practice and maintaining accurate dental records to support diagnose/evaluation.
• Interpret x-rays and treat mouth diseases. Provide treatment as needed.

Responsibilities
