Charlottesville Dental, a well-established, high-end fee-for-service practice in Charlottesville, Virginia, is looking for a motivated RDH to join our team — with1-hour hygiene appointmentsbuilt into every schedule.

What You'll Do

• Deliver thorough, personalized hygiene treatment during dedicated 1-hour appointments
• Perform scaling and root planing, prophylaxis, and periodontal assessment and management
• Take and evaluate radiographs; maintain accurate, detailed clinical charting
• Provide patient education tailored to each individual's oral health needs
• Collaborate closely with dentists and the rest of the clinical team to coordinate care

What You Bring

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Virginia
• Strong skills in periodontics and dental prophylaxis

Schedule & Compensation

• Office is open Monday - Thursday from 8-5 (Patients end at 4 usually).
