We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental care team. The Dental Hygienist will provide high-quality preventive oral care, educate patients on oral health, and support the dentist in delivering comprehensive dental services. This is not a typical dental office—we are committed to excellence in every detail and only accept exceptional work. Key Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and removing plaque and tartar.

Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.

Take dental X-rays.

Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal assessments.

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventative dental care.

Record patient medical and dental histories accurately.

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures when required.

Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.

Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety procedures.

Document treatments and findings in patient records using open dental.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Current state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).

Certification in local anesthesia and radiography as required by state law.

Proven ability to provide exceptional, patient-centered care—this is not just a routine dental office; we go above and beyond for every patient.

Must be genuinely friendly, kind, and welcoming, creating a positive and comfortable experience for all patients.

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and best practices.

Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
