Creative Smiles of Champaign in Champaign, IL is seeking a dental hygienist to join a collaborative team focused on preventive care and patient education. The practice offers a modern facility with 11 operatories and a patient-forward approach.

Candidates must hold an Illinois dental hygiene license and may have either an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. New graduates are welcome to apply, with experience using digital tools and EMR preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current dental hygienist license in Illinois.
• Degree: associate or bachelor in dental hygiene as applicable.
• Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists.
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X-rays and EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform 60 minute prophy and recall visits.
• Conduct SRPs lasting 60-90 minutes per patient.
• Perform 90 minute new patient appointments.
• Maintain patient education and preventive care plans.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Single column, average of 6-7 patients
• 60 minute prophys and recalls
• 60-90 minute SRPs
• 90 minute New Patient appointments

Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
