Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is patient-oriented, team-minded, and committed to providing thorough preventive and periodontal care. You’ll work directly with the doctor to ensure every patient receives high-quality, customized treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
  • Conduct oral cancer screenings, charting, and periodontal assessments
  • Take diagnostic radiographs and iTero scans
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Collaborate with the dentist during exams and treatment planning
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the electronic health system
  • Support overall office efficiency, including sterilization and operatory turnover when needed
Qualifications
  • Current NC Dental Hygiene License (Required)
  • Local anesthesia certification preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Efficient time management
  • Commitment to patient education and comprehensive care
  • Bilingual in Spanish-English strongly preferred
