Roosevelt Commons Dental Care in Buckeye, AZ, part of Heartland Dental, seeks a Dental Hygienist to join a supportive team with a four-day work week and mentorship from an experienced hygienist.

You’ll deliver high-quality patient care, participate in continuing education, and grow professionally within a nationwide network of hygiene professionals—all in a modern, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Arizona dental hygiene license or ability to obtain before start date.
• DDS or ADH degree in dental hygiene.
• Current CPR certification.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and building lasting patient relationships.

Full-Time Schedule | 4-Day Work Week

Monday: 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 6:40 AM – 4:00 PM

Wednesday: 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 9:40 AM – 7:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

• Current dental hygiene license in Arizona (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Current CPR certification
• A passion for providing exceptional patient care and building lasting patient relationships

Experience

• New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply!
• Experience with digital x-rays, electronic charting, intraoral scanning, Diagnodent, and Velscope is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a positive office culture

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year
• As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
