Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our Atlanta area team at 1401 Peachtree Street, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30309. You will provide preventive dental hygiene care and educate patients to promote lifelong oral health.

We offer a Monday–Friday 7–3 schedule, PTO, paid holidays, a great benefits package, retirement plan options, and free continuing education with mentorship opportunities to help you grow clinically.

Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Georgia.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Georgia
• and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Opent to New Graduate or years of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
