Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist
Location: Branson Dental Center

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Perform a range of dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, scaling, root planing (SRP), and adjunctive treatments as needed.
2. Patient Education: Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health, including brushing, flossing, plaque control, nutrition, and preventive care.
3. Collaborate with the Dental Team: Work closely with the dentist and other team members to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
4. Patient Comfort & Communication: Ensure patient comfort during appointments, address concerns, and build strong relationships to promote good oral hygiene habits.
5. Maintain Clinical Documentation: Keep accurate, up-to-date patient records of treatments, procedures, and interactions.
6. Infection Control & Safety: Follow strict protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
7. Manage Patient Flow: Effectively handle a schedule of 8-12 patients daily, maintaining high-quality care and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Education & Licensure: Degree or certificate in dental hygiene from an accredited program and valid state license.
• Experience: Prior experience preferred but newly graduated hygienists are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a compassionate, service-oriented approach.
• Professionalism & Commitment: Dedication to high standards of care, ongoing learning, and staying current with best practices.
