Dental Hygienist

New Dental Practice coming to Lakewood Ranch, FL - East Cress Dental Care!

We are looking for Dental Hygienists to build our new hygiene team! Any experience level is welcome to apply.

Construction is expected to be completed in August 2025, but we are hiring now to train and work together at a nearby location.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records
• Desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills
• Ability to meet clinical needs as required by the office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically
• A TB test is required prior to employment, except in FL & TN
