Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist for a full-time, onsite role in Boston, MA. You will deliver preventive dental care, educate patients, and support the dental team in a busy community health center.

Responsibilities include prophylaxis, radiographs, patient education, and documentation in Dentrix and Epic. A Massachusetts license with Local Anesthesia permit and a valid driver's license are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene Program.
• Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license and Local Anesthesia permit.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

• Perform prophylactic dental hygiene services including cleanings, scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealant applications.
• Prepare patients for treatment, answer questions, and provide oral hygiene education to improve and maintain oral health.
• Expose and develop radiographs in accordance with clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Document all patient encounters accurately and timely within Dentrix and Epic systems.
• Participate in community outreach activities, health fairs, and educational initiatives while maintaining compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.

Job Title: Dental Hygienist

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $38.80 – $60.25 per hour, based on experience

Location: Boston, MA – Onsite

Position Summary

As a Dental Hygienist, you will provide preventive oral healthcare services and patient education to individuals of all ages in a busy community health center setting. This role focuses on promoting and maintaining oral health through clinical treatment, patient education, community outreach, and collaboration with the dental team. You will provide direct patient care at the main dental practice while supporting the organization's mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Duties:

• Perform prophylactic dental hygiene services including cleanings, scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealant applications

  • Permit L (Licensed to Administer Local Anesthesia)
  • Valid Driver’s License
• Additional certifications (if applicable): Bilingual skills preferred
