Metro Dentalcare Bloomington is looking for a Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team!

Part-Time: Mon and Tues

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• New Grad or years of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall dental health maintenance
• Clinical needs as required by the office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodations
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires, arranged during pre-employment, except in FL & TN
