Job summary

Green Mount Family Dentistry is seeking a Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team in O'Fallon, IL. The role offers a part-time schedule with Monday 8 am-5 pm, plus additional shifts (Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-2).

We operate a 2-doctor practice using Dentrix. The successful candidate will perform 60min recare and 90min new patient appointments, with bi-weekly pay and Daily Pay options. Benefits include dental, Paid Holidays, 401k, Wellness Benefits and CE coverage.

Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Illinois.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.

Location: 1124 Merchants Way Ste 200 O'Fallon, Illinois 62269

Work Schedule: Part-time; Mondays are a requirement, 8 am-5 pm; other shifts available: Thursdays 8 am- 5 pm, Friday 8 am- 2 pm

2 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly pay + the ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paychecks as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
